  This fitting has no flapper or valve of any kind inside.
  
  
  This fitting is for an open flow system and has no selectable valve on the inside.
  
  
   Maintains factory exhaust vacuum from y pipe at low speeds with maximum exhaust flow and performance gains under power.   
  
  
  No need to pull the engine to remove the "Y" pipe!
  
  
  With the triple exhaust pipes the stock "Y" pipe doesn't need to be removed!
  
  
  The triple exhaust pipe connects to BOTH the "Y" pipe and your thru-the-transom exhaust tips (tips not included with the triple exhaust pipes).
  
  
  The triple exhaust system retains the vacuum created by the prop at low speeds to suck out the exhaust for best fuel economy.
  
  
  This system works extremely well with thru-the-transom muffler/tips.  Any excess back pressure created by the mufflers simply passes out thru-the-prop!
  
  
  Made to fit 1987-2002 Mercruiser Chevy small block 350 V8 motors with 4" exhaust riser outlets.
  
  
  Could be modified to fit other applications.
