• This 50mm high capacity atmospheric dump valve has to be one of the most impressive dump valves on the market and with a 50mm bore it also one of the most efficient.
• It looks fantastic and would enhance the appearance of any engine bay. Once the aluminium flange (included) has been welded to an existing hardpipe the valve can be fitted and removed in seconds.
• This valve easily has the capacity to cope with air flow from any standard or aftermarket turbo, plus with plenty of boost pressure being released upon gear change makes for an awesome sound.
• The body and all internal components are CNC-machined from aluminium alloy. It features a large 1.98 in (50.5mm) valve; this is believed to be the largest valve available with the highest flow capacity. Stunning V-Band design & mounting clamp is a faultless design and gives a very unique appearance. The clamp is made from Stainless Steel for a long lasting, corrosion-free appearance.
• The valve seals to the flange via a Viton O-ring (included) that is clamped in place to prevent the possibility of sticking to the seat and pulling out. The valve stem and guide are Teflon-lubricated, hard anodize-coated for wear resistance. This Blow Off Valve also comes with an aluminium banjo vacuum connection hose barb for a secure vacuum connection. The actuator has a high temp silicone Nomex-reinforced diaphragm for long life.
• Also included is a matching aluminium V-Band weld on mounting flange. The 3 colours available allow the individual to match & coordinate the engine bay colour scheme.
