Performance-Focused Design & Construction
XS-POWER has focused on developing performance products around the needs of automotive enthusiasts. Feedback from customers and builders helps guide product development with exhaust flow, turbocharger placement, durability and performance in mind.
Selected XS-POWER race manifolds use SUS304 stainless steel construction, mandrel-bent tubing and heavy-wall piping. Specifications vary by individual product and application, with some manifold designs using tubing as thick as approximately 2.7 mm.
Individual manifold designs are engineered around their intended engine and turbocharger application. For example, selected 2JZ manifold applications use approximately 42 mm diameter runners. Always refer to the individual product listing for exact specifications and fitment.

For purposes of this warranty information, SSAutoChrome may be referred to as SSAC. SSAC and XS-POWER warrant failures due to manufacturer defects for 12 months after the purchase date.
If a turbo purchased directly from SSAC or XS-POWER is not performing to manufacturer specifications, the turbo must be sent to SSAC or XS-POWER for warranty inspection. The inspection process can take approximately 4-6 weeks to complete.
If the customer does not want to wait for the warranty inspection to be completed, the customer will be responsible for purchasing a replacement until the warranty review process is complete.
Upon receipt of the suspected malfunctioning part and required documentation, the part will be submitted for warranty inspection. Determination will then be made as to whether the item failed because of a manufacturer defect or another cause.
Conditions That May Result in a Rejected Turbo Warranty Claim
- Oil pressure or oil feed lines containing excessive sludge or deposits.
- Oil pressure or feed lines that are plugged or partially restricted.
- Restricted oil supply to or from the turbocharger.
- Damage resulting from improper installation.
- Contamination from poorly maintained engines containing oil sludge or deposits.
If the suspected defective turbo is determined to have failed because of a manufacturer defect, the customer will be sent a replacement or, where applicable, refunded for the amount of a replacement purchased in advance as described above.
SSAC and XS-POWER are not responsible for shipping and handling costs associated with the warranty and exchange process.
