XS-POWER Shipping, Returns & Warranty Policy
Important information regarding orders, returns, exchanges, shipping and warranty coverage.
Thank you for choosing XS-POWER. Please review the following policies before placing your order. By purchasing from XS-POWER, customers acknowledge that performance automotive components may require professional installation, fabrication, adjustment or modification depending on the vehicle and application.
Returns & Final Sale Policy
All sales are considered final except where otherwise required by applicable law or expressly authorized by XS-POWER.
Returns are not automatically accepted. Customers must contact XS-POWER and receive authorization before returning merchandise. Unauthorized returns may be refused.
Return requests should be made within 30 days of purchase. Authorization of a return does not waive any applicable restocking fee or other conditions described in this policy.
20% Restocking Fee
Authorized customer-requested returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. The restocking fee is calculated from the applicable merchandise value of the returned item.
The 20% restocking fee will not apply when XS-POWER shipped the incorrect item or when XS-POWER approves the return as a qualifying manufacturing-defect warranty claim.
Where applicable, refunds or credits are issued only after the returned merchandise has been received and inspected by XS-POWER and the return has been determined to meet the requirements of this policy.
Return Condition Requirements
Unless otherwise authorized by XS-POWER, merchandise approved for return must be:
- Returned only after receiving authorization from XS-POWER.
- In new, unused and resalable condition.
- Complete with the components and accessories originally included with the product.
- Properly packaged to prevent damage during return transportation.
Products that have been installed, used, welded, cut, drilled, painted, coated, modified, damaged through installation or otherwise altered are generally not eligible for a customer-requested return or exchange.
Exchanges
Exchanges require prior authorization from XS-POWER. Customers should contact us before shipping any product back.
Any price difference, additional shipping charges or other applicable charges associated with an authorized exchange may be the responsibility of the customer.
Incorrect Item Shipped by XS-POWER
If XS-POWER ships an item different from the item ordered, please contact us promptly before installing, modifying or using the product.
An approved return resulting from XS-POWER shipping the incorrect item will NOT be subject to the 20% restocking fee.
XS-POWER will provide instructions regarding the return or replacement of the incorrect merchandise after the issue has been reviewed and confirmed.
Shipping Information
XS-POWER ships performance automotive products to customers throughout the United States and to many international destinations.
Shipping and delivery estimates are estimates only and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, customs processing, holidays, address problems or other circumstances outside the control of XS-POWER.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address when placing an order. Additional charges resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address may be the responsibility of the customer.
International Orders
XS-POWER ships internationally to many destinations. International customers are responsible for confirming that the product can legally be imported into and used within their destination country.
Import duties, VAT, taxes, brokerage charges, customs fees and other destination-country charges may be assessed by the destination country or carrier and are the responsibility of the buyer unless specifically stated otherwise at the time of purchase.
Damaged Shipments
Customers should inspect packages and merchandise as soon as possible after delivery. If an order arrives with visible shipping damage, please retain the product, packaging and shipping materials and contact XS-POWER promptly.
Photographs of the package, shipping label, packaging materials and damaged merchandise may be requested so that XS-POWER can evaluate the issue and, when appropriate, assist with a carrier claim.
XS-POWER Limited Warranty
Unless a product listing expressly states different warranty terms, qualifying XS-POWER products are covered by a 12-month limited warranty against qualifying manufacturing defects.
Warranty coverage applies to qualifying manufacturing defects and does not automatically cover problems resulting from improper installation, incorrect application, misuse, abuse, racing damage, accidents, inadequate maintenance, foreign-object damage, modification or other conditions unrelated to a manufacturing defect.
All warranty claims are subject to evaluation and approval by XS-POWER. XS-POWER may require photographs, installation information, vehicle information, diagnostic information and/or return of the product for inspection before determining warranty eligibility.
Turbocharger Warranty Claims
A turbocharger experiencing a suspected problem may require inspection before a warranty determination can be made. Turbocharger problems can result from conditions outside the turbocharger itself, including oil supply problems, oil contamination, foreign-object damage, excessive boost, improper installation, inadequate lubrication or other engine and supporting-system conditions.
Warranty approval is therefore based on inspection and the determination that the failure qualifies as a covered manufacturing defect.
Installation, Labor & Related Costs
XS-POWER performance products should be installed by a qualified person familiar with the applicable vehicle and performance system.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, XS-POWER is not responsible for installation charges, removal charges, fabrication costs, vehicle downtime, towing charges, rental vehicles or other incidental labor or related expenses associated with installation, removal, diagnosis, return, exchange or warranty evaluation of a product.
Custom & Performance Applications
Many XS-POWER products are designed for performance, racing, off-road, modified or custom vehicle applications. Vehicle modifications, engine swaps, aftermarket turbo systems and other non-original configurations can affect product fitment.
Customers are responsible for reviewing the product description, dimensions, specifications and stated fitment before installation. Custom fabrication or modification may be required where indicated by the product listing or the vehicle configuration.
