The flange is designed to be welded directly onto compatible intercooler, intake or turbo charge piping, making it an excellent solution when adding, relocating or replacing a 50mm BOV mounting location.
Its formed radius helps the flange sit naturally against common turbo piping, reducing unnecessary grinding and fabrication work during installation.

DESIGNED FOR CUSTOM TURBO CHARGE PIPING
Installing an aftermarket blow off valve often requires adding the correct mounting flange to the turbo system's charge piping. Rather than relying on a universal flat plate that requires additional fabrication, this weld-on BOV flange is shaped to make installation onto round piping easier.
Position the flange at the desired location on your charge pipe, verify clearance and BOV orientation, prepare the pipe surface and weld the flange into position.
The result is a clean, permanent mounting location for a compatible 50mm V-band style blow off valve.
