The XS-POWER K04-023 XLB is a completely upgraded stock-location turbocharger engineered for enthusiasts looking for substantially more airflow and horsepower without converting to a larger-frame turbo. Unlike a factory BorgWarner K04-023 replacement, the XLB features an oversized forged billet compressor wheel, upgraded RS6 CHRA, larger compressor bore, improved turbine flow, adjustable actuator, and a ported wastegate opening for superior boost control. The oversized 46.4mm / 62.3mm billet compressor is nearly GT28 size while maintaining factory-style installation. The result is significantly greater airflow, improved efficiency, excellent spool characteristics, and outstanding street performance. No fabrication or modifications are required for installation on compatible K04-023 applications. |
