Designed for performance applications including the Ford Mustang SVO, Ford Thunderbird Turbo Coupe and Merkur XR4Ti, this manifold combines a high-flow tubular configuration with equal-length 1.625" primaries, a center-mounted T3 turbo flange, external 35–38mm wastegate flange and heavy-duty 1/2" machined flanges.

⚡ CENTER-MOUNT T3 TURBO CONFIGURATION

The XS-POWER header relocates the turbocharger into a center-mounted configuration. This orientation provides a performance-focused layout and can make turbocharger access considerably easier than tightly packaged factory-style arrangements.

Compatible Turbo Flange: Standard T3-style rectangular 4-bolt turbine inlet flange.

⚠️ IMPORTANT — THIS IS NOT A STOCK REPLACEMENT MANIFOLD

This is a performance tubular race header using a center-mounted T3 turbo and external wastegate configuration. It is NOT a direct factory replacement for the original exhaust manifold.

Turbocharger position, downpipe, intake plumbing, oil lines, coolant lines, wastegate plumbing and other components may require modification or custom fabrication depending on the vehicle and turbocharger combination.

EXTERNAL WASTEGATE CONFIGURATION

The manifold incorporates a flange for a compatible 35mm–38mm external wastegate.

When routing the external wastegate discharge back into the downpipe, a braided flex section must be incorporated into the wastegate dump/recirculation tube to accommodate movement and thermal expansion.

 INSTALLATION INFORMATION

Professional installation is highly recommended. Installation instructions are not included.

Because this is a performance center-mount turbo manifold rather than a factory replacement, the installer should verify turbocharger clearance, wastegate placement, downpipe routing, oil-feed and drain routing, intake plumbing and surrounding component clearance before final installation.
