Installation can typically be completed in approximately one hour using basic hand tools.

1. Park the vehicle on a stable, level surface.
2. Raise and safely support the Jeep.
3. Support the transfer case and crossmember using a suitable jack.
4. Remove the mounting bolts from one side while loosening the opposite side.
5. Install the billet spacers between the frame and crossmember.
6. Repeat the procedure on the opposite side.
7. Install the supplied longer replacement bolts.
8. Tighten all hardware evenly to the appropriate factory specification.
