    Upgrade or restore your Audi RS4 B5 2.7T with this brand-new XS-POWER K04-025 and K04-026 twin turbocharger set. Engineered as a direct-replacement configuration, these turbochargers are designed to install in the original turbocharger locations without requiring custom modifications.

    Each turbocharger uses a heavy-duty 360-degree thrust bearing system designed to improve durability during repeated high-boost operation. Adjustable wastegate actuators are preset to approximately 9 PSI, while the oversized and ported wastegate openings and flappers are designed to improve boost control and reduce the likelihood of boost creep.

    This is an excellent option for Audi 2.7T owners building a responsive street, touring or performance setup with upgraded fueling, intercooling, exhaust and professional ECU calibration.

    • If lines are reused, they must be thoroughly inspected and professionally cleaned
    • Fresh engine oil and a new oil filter before initial startup
    • Stage 2+ or properly matched custom ECU calibration
    • NGK one-step-colder spark plugs or tuner-recommended equivalent
    • Upgraded side-mount intercoolers or RS6-style intercoolers
    • High-flow downpipes and exhaust system
    • Upgraded diverter valves
    • Proper fueling upgrades based on the intended power level

    INSTALLATION & WARRANTY NOTICE
    Professional installation by a qualified Audi or European performance technician is strongly recommended. The engine lubrication system, oil lines, coolant lines, intake system, intercoolers and exhaust system must be inspected before installation. Turbochargers must be properly primed with clean engine oil before the engine is started.

    Warranty coverage may be affected by improper installation, oil starvation, contaminated oil, foreign-object damage, incorrect tuning, excessive exhaust-gas temperature, uncontrolled boost, improper wastegate adjustment or failure to correct the original cause of turbocharger failure.

    Brand New - K04-025 & 026 Turbo Chargers THIS IS FOR 1 SET OF TURBOS ONLY- NO INLETS OR INSTALL LKITS Direct replacement (with no modification)- Audi RS4 2.7T V6 (00-01) Audi factory parts number for reference: 078 145 706 HP & 078 145 705 HP 1 year warranty! We use a 360deg. Thrust bearing to aid in longevity with repeated HIGH BOOST situations. Its the best of the best! -Adjustable Wastegates - These are preset to aprox 9psi. -Oversized & Ported Wastegate Holes/Flappers for longevity and no chance of boost creep! These will handle~425+hp on 93octane I HIGHLY recommend factory oil lines replaced when installing these new turbo chargers. AT LEAST CLEAN YOURS IF NOTHING ELSE! Also HIGHLY recommend a stage 2+ tune with new ngk one step colder plugs. I also carry larger side mount intercoolers, rs6 size and style, diverter valves, downpipes and I can assist with tuning options.
