The Nissan KA24DE has long been a popular platform for enthusiasts who want to retain the original 2.4L engine while adding forced induction. A turbocharged KA24DE is commonly referred to by enthusiasts as a KA24DE-T or KA-T setup.
This XS-POWER manifold provides the hot-side foundation for a custom KA24DE turbo build by replacing the naturally aspirated exhaust manifold and providing the mounting location for a compatible T3/T4-flanged turbocharger and external wastegate.
Turbocharger selection, boost level, fuel system, engine management, intercooling and tuning should all be matched to the goals and condition of the individual engine.
S13 / S14 TOP MOUNT TURBO CONFIGURATION
The top-mount layout positions the turbocharger above the manifold rather than low in the engine bay. This configuration is popular on custom Nissan 240SX KA24DE turbo builds because it provides a performance-oriented layout and easier access to the turbocharger in many custom installations.
Because every KA-T build can use a different turbocharger, downpipe, intake, intercooler system, wastegate and accessory configuration, installers should always verify component clearance before final assembly.

IMPORTANT TURBO CONVERSION INFORMATION
This is a performance turbo manifold for a custom KA24DE turbo conversion. It should not be interpreted as a complete bolt-on turbo system by itself.
A complete turbo conversion may require a compatible turbocharger, external wastegate, downpipe, exhaust fabrication, intercooler and charge piping, oil feed and drain system, intake plumbing, fuel-system upgrades, engine management and professional tuning.
Installation instructions are not included. Professional installation by an experienced performance or fabrication shop is strongly recommended.
