These headers come with (2) 02 sensor sockets. One of the outlets is on the side near the top of the header. The other outlet is near the bottom
end of the header.

The second socket comes with a stainless steel plug that makes it
optional. This additional socket is what makes this header different from
others.

This socket can be used on DX LX CX and HX Civics that have their
Catalytic Converter built into the original header.

On the EX Civic, this socket isn't needed unless you buy an aftermarket
exhaust system that doesn't have a place for your 02 sensor.
