OVERVIEW
The XS-POWER / SSAC Version II Audi 2.7T Downpipes are engineered specifically for high-performance K04-equipped Audi platforms using RS4 K04-025 / K04-026 turbochargers.
These downpipes feature upgraded braided flex sections, V-band connections, heavy-duty clamps, and a large-bore 3.0" turbo outlet tapering to 2.5" piping for improved exhaust velocity and immediate turbo spool-up.
Manufactured from premium T304 stainless steel with mandrel-bent tubing and hand-finished welds, these downpipes deliver excellent fitment, reduced backpressure, aggressive sound, and proven real-world performance gains.
Unlike many low-quality eBay systems, many hours were spent refining these downpipes to minimize installation headaches and maximize real-world fitment and drivability.

Heavy duty stainless steel clamps now a standard !
Additionally, these have a large bore 3.0 inch inlet and taper to a 2.5 inch diameter. Further, all welds are hand finished (all of the internal welds are smooth, where it matters most) and the all the bends are mandrel bent in house. The much larger diameter tubing results in immediate turbo spool-up and +20hp at high rpms.
Many hours were spent to ensure that our downpipes will fit your S4 with absolutely no interference problems.
Since the average downpipe install can take hours, this is not a product that you want to take chances on regarding fitment, like our friends on EBAY
