- Our aluminum bypass valve is a direct replacement for the plastic valve typically found on factory turbo cars from Saab, Audi, Porsche, and
- VW. This valve is designed to hold more boost without leakage and also looks much better than the factory valve. It also has a higher flow
- rate to better protect the turbo from surge situations. The kit comes with additional springs and a shim to adjust the opening pressure,
- clamps, and vacuum hose.
- These are also great for custom turbo builds that require a recirculated bypass system, or you can use this as a blow-off valve!
- Here are the vacuum pressures required to open the valve with each spring:
- Low 5”
- Medium 8”
- High 11”
- Shim = 1.5” additional
